We kicked things off with a blog program laser-focused on what buyers and sellers actually search for. From moving and lifestyle tips to real estate guides, we published 24 SEO-optimised blogs in the last year alone.
We interviewed the client and their agents, who are seasoned realtors and proud local Carribeans, to gain expert, intimate insights. This gave us the authentic perspective needed to create content that truly resonated with both global buyers and local audiences.
Fast-forward to April 2025… we’ve published 46 blogs and counting. Each one builds trust and drives traffic, creating a non-stop stream of discovery. Lately, our articles are quickly gaining traction on AI overviews in Google SERPs, driving clicks from AI-powered searches.
Keywords like “best places to live in the bahamas” and “retire in the bahamas”, etc., are ranking in the top 3 references for AI Overviews.
Putting Them on the Map (Literally)
Local SEO was missing… so we filled that gap. We optimised their Google Business Profile and won them citations. We encouraged them to solicit reviews from their customers, and we published timely posts to keep them present where their audience is. That move alone unlocked:
- Visibility in key local searches with over 7738 profile visits in the last 5 months
- 1151 interactions in the previous 5 months, including calls and visits
Building Real Authority
Beyond blogs, we helped them publish flagship content, like annual market reports and expert guides. These not only drove visitors but also earned backlinks, growing the site’s trust and authority in Google’s eyes.
Their domain authority sits at 39, while the referring domains and traffic have been organically growing because we created genuinely helpful content that people wanted to share and link to.

- 80% increase in impressions, increasing from 129K in May 2024 to 231K in May 2025

- 656% YoY increase in monthly clicks, with 108 in May 2024 to 817 in May 2025
- 95% YoY increase in ranking keywords, with 395 monthly keywords ranking in May 2024 to 771 monthly keywords ranking in May 2025

Local SEO That Delivers
- Over 7738 people viewed their business profile in the last 5 months (Dec 2024 – April 2025), resulting in a 40% YoY increase

- In the last 5 months, their business profile appeared in Google search results for over 1582 searches, showing an 85% YoY increase

- We saw over 1151 interactions in the last 5 months on their GBP, showing an 18.7% YoY increase

- Over 217 people asked for office directions, and 886 clicked on their website link on their GBP profile in the last 5 months, showing a 21.7% YoY increase
